Zuriey Web Services Cancellation Policy
GENERAL CANCELLATION TERMS
At Zuriey Web Services, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your services. You may cancel any product or service at any time. However, cancellations are subject to the following terms:
- Refund Eligibility: Cancellation does not guarantee a refund unless the request meets the refund conditions outlined in the Zuriey Web Services Refund Policy.
- Immediate Termination: Upon cancellation, the associated services will be terminated immediately unless otherwise specified.
- Data Loss: Canceling a service may result in permanent loss of data associated with that service. It is your responsibility to back up any data prior to cancellation.
HOW TO CANCEL SERVICES
To cancel a service, you can:
- Log in to your Zuriey Web Services account.
- Navigate to the "My Services" section.
- Select the product or service you wish to cancel.
- Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process.

PRODUCTS WITH SPECIAL CANCELLATION TERMS
- Domain Name Registrations:
- Domain name registrations can be canceled at any time; however, refunds are only issued if cancellation occurs within 96 hours of registration (or 168 hours for .br domains) as per our Refund Policy.
- Certain ccTLDs (country-code top-level domains) do not permit refunds upon cancellation.
- Hosting Plans:
- Hosting plans can be canceled at any time, but refunds are only available if cancellation occurs within 30 days of purchase.
- Free trial hosting plans cannot be canceled for refunds after payment is made for the first billing cycle.
- VPS Hosting Plans:
- VPS hosting plans can be canceled at any time; however, refunds are only available if cancellation occurs within 30 days of purchase and no other VPS hosting refund has been initiated within the last 180 days.
- Special Deals:
- Products offered as part of special deals (e.g., free domain with hosting plans) can be canceled at any time; however, refunds may be adjusted based on the value of the free domain or other promotional items.
ABUSE OF CANCELLATION POLICY
Zuriey Web Services reserves the right to deny cancellation requests if abuse is detected. Abuse includes but is not limited to:
- Repeated cancellations and refunds for the same services.
- Bulk purchases followed by mass cancellations.
- Violations of Zuriey Web Services' Terms of Service.
IMPACT OF CANCELLATION
- Service Termination: Upon cancellation, all services associated with the canceled product will cease immediately unless otherwise specified.
- Loss of Access: You will lose access to any data, features, or tools associated with the canceled service.
- Outstanding Payments: Any unpaid fees associated with the canceled service must be settled before cancellation is processed.
CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
If a chargeback or payment dispute occurs after cancellation:
- Zuriey Web Services reserves the right to terminate your account and associated services without notice.
- Data associated with your account may be permanently deleted.
- To reinstate services after a chargeback or dispute:
- You must verify your payment method and pay all applicable fees incurred by Zuriey Web Services due to the chargeback.
Cases involving fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account termination without recovery options.
