Zuriey Web Services Refund Policy
STANDARD REFUND TERMS
Products purchased from Zuriey Web Services are eligible for a refund only if canceled within 30 days of the transaction date.
Note: Due to the inherent nature of cryptocurrencies, tokens, and digital assets—being irreversible and highly volatile—Zuriey Web Services cannot be held responsible for risks such as exchange rate fluctuations or market volatility. Consequently, products purchased using cryptocurrencies, tokens, or digital assets are not eligible for refunds.
Note: If a client's actions violate applicable laws or Zuriey Web Services' Terms of Service, any payments made will not be refunded.
The "transaction date" refers to the date of purchase of any product or service, including the date any renewal is processed in accordance with the applicable product or service agreement (Terms of Use). While you may cancel a product at any time, refunds are only issued if cancellation occurs within the specified refund timeframe. Some products have unique refund policies or may not be eligible for refunds under any circumstances. Please refer to the sections below for details.

Additionally, products or services that were suspended, canceled, or terminated due to abusive usage or violations of the Terms and Conditions are not eligible for refunds.
ABUSE OF REFUND POLICY
The purpose of offering refunds is to allow customers to evaluate whether Zuriey Web Services meets their needs. Abuse of this policy—such as repeatedly requesting refunds for the same service or purchasing services in bulk with the intent to refund—will not be tolerated. Zuriey Web Services reserves the right to unilaterally deny refund requests if abuse is detected.
PRODUCTS WITH SPECIAL REFUND TERMS
- Domain Name Registrations:
- Refundable only if:
- The refund request is initiated within 96 hours of registration.
- At least 24 hours have passed since the last refund request for any other domain registration.
- For .br domains (including .com.br and .net.br), refunds are allowed if requested within 168 hours of registration.
- Certain ccTLDs (country-code top-level domains) do not permit refunds upon cancellation. These include but are not limited to:
- .ai, .be, .ca, .uk (including .co.uk), .eu, .jp, etc.
- Domain Name Transfers:
- Refundable only if:
- The transfer is unsuccessful.
- The refund request is initiated within 30 days of payment.
- VPS Hosting Plans:
- Refundable only if:
- The refund request is initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- At least 180 days have passed since the last VPS hosting plan refund request.
- Special Deals:
- Free domains offered as part of special deals (e.g., free domain with a 12/24/48-month hosting plan) are non-refundable except for .br domains. If a domain is refunded as part of such deals, Zuriey Web Services may issue a partial refund reflecting the difference between the paid amount and the value of the free domain.
PAYMENT METHODS WITH SPECIAL REFUND TERMS
Some payment methods have specific refund restrictions:
- Products purchased using Crypto-Currency can only be refunded as credits to your ZWS Balance.
- Full refunds are supported only for VTC Pay (Vietnam).
Refunds to Balance: Customers may opt to receive refunds as credits to their ZWS Balance for instant use on other services. Once processed, such refunds cannot be reversed or transferred back to another payment source.
Refunds from Balance: Over-funded balances can be refunded within 30 days of the payment that caused over-funding. In special cases, alternative payments may be refunded instead if they fall within the same 30-day period.
CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
If a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute occurs:
- This will be treated as a breach of payment obligations.
- Zuriey Web Services reserves the right to terminate your account and associated services without notice.
- Data associated with your account may be permanently deleted.
- To reinstate services after a chargeback:
- You must verify your payment method.
- Pay all applicable fees incurred by Zuriey Web Services due to the chargeback.
Cases involving fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account termination without recovery options.
